How to book
Yourself, in Mijn CBR
- Log in to Mijn CBR with your DigiD.
- Choose to book or change an exam, then the vehicle and the theory exam.
- Pick a place, date and time and check your details.
- Read the terms and pay online straight away. The invitation comes as an attachment to the confirmation email.
Through your driving school
Your driving school can book the exam for you. You first need to authorise the school to do so.
Without DigiD
No DigiD? Fill in the CBR’s theory exam application form. You receive a payment request, and once you have paid the CBR schedules your exam. The invitation arrives at least 3 weeks before the exam date.
Good to know
- You cannot book by phone.
- You can only hold one booking at a time for the same exam.
- Watch out for websites that look like the CBR and sell theory exams. You pay more there than in Mijn CBR.
- Some Saturdays are available too, for a surcharge. Those slots go quickly.
